Participants create an integrated incident workflow that automatically gathers technical context, accelerates triage, assigns ownership, and coordinates follow-through without replacing technical root-cause validation.

IT Access Request to Controlled Fulfilment

Employee / Manager Request → Make.com → Request Validation → Access Classification → Manager / System Owner Approval → IT Action → Verification → Ticket Update → User Notification

Participants automate a common IT administration workflow while maintaining least privilege, approval controls, traceability, and human ownership of sensitive access decisions.
