Scenarios

Application Alert to IT Response

Application Alert → Webhook → Data Validation → Severity Classification → Technical Owner → Notification → Status Tracking

Participants create an event-driven workflow that captures an application alert, applies predefined routing rules, and coordinates IT-team response without automatically making high-risk production changes.

Scheduled System Health Check

Scheduled Trigger → Application / API Check → Status Validation → Failure Detection → IT Alert → Human Investigation

Participants build a recurring workflow that checks a defined technical service, detects exceptions, and routes actionable information to the appropriate IT owner.

## Current Capability Reference

Make.com webhooks currently support instant event-driven execution as well as queued and scheduled processing, making them suitable for application and system-event integrations.

Make’s current **HTTP v4** app supports authenticated API requests, reusable request-body structures, built-in pagination, secure keychain storage for API keys and tokens, mutual TLS, and proxy support for more secure integrations.
