  • Design recurring and connected workflows using Planner Agent, Researcher, Analyst, Copilot Agents, Connectors, and Scheduled Prompts.
  • Apply responsible AI practices covering operational accuracy, confidentiality, permissions, source validation, human approval, escalation, and accountable decision-making.

Prerequisites & Participant Readiness

  • Basic understanding of SOPs, KPIs, issues, risks, SLAs, actions, and operational controls
  • Working familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications is beneficial
  • Basic spreadsheet and operational-reporting knowledge is helpful
  • Experience with Microsoft Planner or another task-management platform is beneficial
  • Prior Generative AI experience is helpful but not mandatory
  • No programming knowledge required
  • Advanced capabilities may depend on Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing, tenant configuration, enabled agents, connectors, and administrator permissions
  • Completion of shorter Copilot programmes is not required
