Prerequisites & Participant Readiness

  • Familiarity with project or program management activities
  • Basic understanding of scope, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholders
  • Working familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications is beneficial
  • Experience using Planner or another work-management platform is helpful
  • Basic spreadsheet and project-reporting skills are beneficial
  • Prior Generative AI experience is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Advanced capabilities may depend on Microsoft Copilot licensing, Planner plan, tenant configuration, connectors, and administrator permissions
  • Completion of shorter Copilot programmes is not required
